VBARC TEST

Testing available for all walk in.

FRN Number required. We are testing by computer not paper.

Day of the test, examinees must bring: •A copy of your license if you are upgrading (copies will be collected and submitted to FCC) •A government-issued photo ID; detail info for minors click here •A check or money order made out to ‘douglas duggan’ for $15 (cash is preferred) NO Credit or Debit cards • For candidates under age 18 the fee is reduced, only $5 • A simple calculator is provided

• We will be using touchscreen tablets for testing. Bring a pen and pencil in case there are technical problems and we have to revert to paper exams.

Also, if you are sitting for a new Technician license, the FCC will want a $35 license fee to be paid separately and subsequently to the FCC to get the license issued. This fee does not apply to upgrades. The FCC will contact you by E-mail in 7 to 10 days.
